About the Workshop

This workshop examines key issues of the increased challenges in performing under international contracts and securing payments for goods shipped, banks and traders, especially SME customers, are seeing an increased risk profile in undertaking cross-border international trade business. In this environment, it is essential that counterparties have a clear understanding of risks and obligations based on the international rules of practice of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC). This physical workshop will be driven by practical cases, examples and questions that have arisen in the current environment and share best practice in management of trade, delivery and payments risks.
