Margaret currently serves on the DRJ (Disaster Recovery Journal) Executive Council. She serves as the past Chair of the Alzheimer’s Association of Eastern North Carolina and has been appointed to the North Carolina Symphony Society Board. She has also previously advised the UN Office for Disaster Risk Reduction.
