Omar Khan is the Head of Research and Data at Dubai Chamber of Commerce. He holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering and an MBA from the Florida Institute of Technology. Since joining Dubai Chambers in 2007, he has held leadership roles spanning customer services, membership, export documentation, and global expansion. He spearheaded Dubai Global’s international office network and, in 2023, was appointed to lead the Centre for Business Studies & Research, which has been renamed as Research and Data department in the year 2025.

At CRB, she leads strategic initiatives advancing the circular and green economy, championing green finance, and embedding sustainability into business growth. Eman holds an Executive MBA from Georgetown, Sustainable Design of the Built Environment from the British University in Dubai, and a Master’s degree in International Business Law from Paris-Panthéon-Assas University, with multiple international ESG and HSE certifications.

H.E. Marwan Rashed Binhashim, the CEO of Dubai Community Contributions Establishment (JOOD), oversees strategic initiatives aimed at embedding a culture of sustainable giving and shaping innovative models for impactful community development. He holds a degree in Business Administration and a Masters in IT Management, and has built a career spanning government, aviation, and financial sector. Over the years, he has held senior roles across his work experience. Today, he brings this rich experience to JOOD, championing trust, strategic partnerships, and social innovation to advance Dubai’s vision for a sustainable future in giving and community inclusion.
