Programme Overview

This is more than a training-it's a leadership transformation experience. You’ll build the human, technical, and digital skills needed to create lasting value in your family business.

This programme is intentionally designed to break away from traditional formats and foster meaningful, hands-on learning among peers.

Eligibility Criteria

 To ensure a meaningful peer-to-peer learning experience, applicants should meet the following criteria: 

• Business Location: The family business should be headquartered in the Emirate of Dubai.
• Age Range: Ideal candidates are between 19 and 30 years old. Exceptions may be considered based on individual experience, learning objectives, and relevance to the programme.
• Generational Status: Participants should be members of the second generation or beyond. The programme is thoughtfully tailored for next-generation leaders and is not intended for founding members.
• Experience Level: The program is ideally suited for individuals in the early to mid stages of their involvement in the family business. It is not intended for those who have held long-term senior roles or accumulated extensive experience, as there are other programs better aligned with their level of progression.

Programme Fees

• Fee per participant: AED 3,500 (excluding VAT)

• Sponsorship: 75% remaining fee is sponsored by Dubai Centre for Family Businesses

• November 17 – 21, 2025
